Loss is inevitable but being 

alone with your feelings is not. 

In a circle of love and support,

we will look back through our lives…

celebrate our resilience, 

our successes, and make room for grieving 

that which we’ve lost or never had.  

We will laugh together.

We will cry together. 

We will call on our innate wisdom 

 to help us move through this life with 

grace and gratitude.
